Here I’m practicing Baat Bin Jeung 八变掌 (Eight Changes Palm) from the Needle in Cotton 棉裡針 system with a fan.

⁣⁣The general strategy is to attack the opponent from a dominant angle, firing strikes from outside his field of vision. Rather than the strikes being ‘non telegraphed’, they are combined into continuous barrages where each strike loads up and makes way for the next.“⁣⁣
