PHK International HQ presents an exclusive cross-training seminar Hap Ga DNA: Building it and Using it taught by David Rogers Sifu.
David Rogers Sifu runs the ‘Rising Crane Centre’ which is a full time school of Chinese martial arts and a clinic of acupuncture. He has trained Kung Fu since 1984, and is a graduate of the ‘South China School of Martial Arts’ in Canton and the ‘College of Integrated Chinese Medicine’. He is a disciple of Deng Jan Gong, who is the 5th generation Kung Fu master in his family and a Chinese National Champion.

Part One: Building the DNA.
- Warm up: 8 Move Qigong.
- Swings (3 variations)
- Thrusting blows and swinging blows
- Thrusts: getting power from the ground – testing posture
- Elbows: The bridge position for transfer of force
- Swings: Che Ma, fundamental movement pattern for swings
- Pulling power vs. pushing power – connecting the rotational force to the fist
