The way you train Hung Kyun puts the competition to shame.
It is not WHAT you train, but HOW you train. Practical Hung Kyun (PHK) is a method, not a “new” style.
We hope that if nothing else, we inspire. “Practical” means health, strength, no-nonsense self-defense – and “warrior’s virtues”, team work and brotherhood.
